Trachea and Bronchi Model

This life-size trachea and bronchial tree was modeled off an adult male.

This 3-D model of the trachea and bronchial tree, down to the tertiary lobar bronchi, allow for studying the lungs and respiratory system in a unique, hands on way unattainable by any other method.

Trachea cartilage and annular ligaments can be seen molded into the trachea. To help the studying process, the bronchi of the right and left lobes have been brightly colored to make the distinguishing the bronchopulmonary segments easier.

The details in this bronchial model make it a great tool for advanced students, health care professionals, and especially pulmonologists for patient education.
